Coptic Church appeals Dome Decision

The Coptic Church has appealed to VCAT over its proposed $8 million-plus dome development at its Donvale headquarters.
In September, Manningham Council in a split decision narrowly rejected the Coptic Church’s Melbourne Diocese’s plans to build a sports complex and function centre as the first stage in a multi-stage redevelopment. Manningham Council and the Donvale Ratepayers’ Association will contest the appeal.
