Australia: Bishop Daniel of the Coptic Church in Australia (Diocese of Sydney and Affiliated Regions) who has been removed from spiritual administrative powers by Pope Tawadros II of Alexandra is now under investigation for serious allegations regarding fraud committed within the Church, reports Watoday.
Coptic believers accuse that the Bishop is involved in fraud exceeding an amount above 35 million dollars. They also accuse that the Bishop is nothing but a ‘failed property tycoon’.
