Catholicose of the East Appreciates India- Russia Cooperation

The Supreme Head of the Indian Orthodox Church His Holiness Moron Mor Baselius Marthoma Dydioms I (Catholicose of the East and Malankara Metropolitan) in his letter to Defense Minister Shri A K Antony, appreciates the ties between India and Russia. His Holiness said that the cooperation between Indian Russia should lead to lasting peace and prosperity for the entire humanity. His Holiness Stressed the valuable contributions of the Late His Grace Pauolse Mar Gregorious (Gregory of the East-Former Metropolitan of the Delhi Diocese) in fostering ties between the Indian and Russian Orthodox Churches. More cooperation in future will be initiated by the Indian Orthodox Church, said His Holiness.
