Armenian Orthodox Faithful of Jerusalem Celebrates Christmas – 2016

Jerusalem: The Armenian Orthodox faithful of Jerusalem are the last ones to celebrate the Nativity of Christ. The Nativity Liturgical celebration was held in Jerusalem on 18th January 2016.

The Chief Celebrant was His Beatitude Nourhan Manougian – 97th Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem. Many  faithful and prelates participated in the Liturgy and worship services. His Excellency Mahmoud Abbas – President of the State of Palestine and Palestinian National Authority attended the service and conveyed Nativity wishes  to the Armenian Orthodox community of the Holy Land.
