Great Lent has begun and we are already moving towards the great grace of Christ’s Holy Resurrection. This most blessed event in history burst upon us just three days after His Crucifixion, when the world thought that Christ’s ministry was over. The Holy Apostles were saddened too and lost their focus when everything seemed to have failed. But the Light began to gather in the netherworld as Christ had descended to illumine all there who looked for God’s mercy and love, and so bring them with Him to Paradise with the Good Thief, Dismas. The Light swelled up, trembling, but was still hidden in mystery.
In this holy season, Al Orthodoxiya Radio Station broadcasts holy services and hymns from the Great Lent in Arabic and Greek languages to all our listeners all over the world. In addition, you will listen to a very new and exclusive material that will be available only through Al Orthodoxiya.
