BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Time to return to the birthplace of my beloved parents, Greece. Not to celebrate but to contemplate the third ingredient of the “Holy Trinity”: the mind, the body and the soul. My Varvara (Barbara) and I in August 2011 arrived in Athens. Reluctantly l kissed her antio (goodbye) as she flew south to the island of Chios to milk the goats. Accompanied by my second godson Vasilli Caryle Morris, who is almost 80 years old, I flew north to Thessaloniki (Salonika), the second largest city in Greece, which has about a million inhabitants.
