Victims of earthquake 1988 were remembered in Damask

On December 5 at St. Sargis Church in Damask an event took place to remember the victims of earthquake in 1988, press service of Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.
Armenian Ambassador in Syria Arshak Poladyan, the staff of Embassy, representatives of Armenian Community took place in the holy mass.
Divine Liturgywas followed by a memorial event.
Armenian Ambassador to Syria Arshak Poladyan and the head of the Armenian Church in Damask Armash bishop Nalbandyan delivered speeches during it.
