Russian Church goes on YouTube
The Russian Orthodox Church will open its web site on the popular YouTube video sharing portal.
The presentation of the site will take place in the Moscow Church of Christ the Savior on October 11 as part of the 4th Faith and Word International Orthodox Mass Media Festival.The move has been prompted by the need for expert and skilled coverage of church activities and for protecting the church from torrents of dirty lies that have been pounding it, Interfax reports, citing a source in the Moscow Patriarchy.
