Rila-Bulgaria: The Bulgarian Orthodox faithful observed the 1075th Memorial Anniversary of the St. John of Rilaat the Monastery of the Rila on the 18th of August 2021. Hundreds of faithful attended the prayer services.

“We pray together today for peace, for safety from natural disasters, diseases and epidemics,” stated Bishop Eulogius, the abbot of the Monastery. A message from Patriarch Neophyte was read by Metropolitan Seraphim on the occasion.
