The ROCOR Synodal Summer School of Liturgical Music Held

New York-USA: The Synodal Summer School of Liturgical Music of the Russian Orthodox Chruch Outside Russia was held from the 18th to the 31st of July 20201 at the Holy Dormition Convent “Novo-Diveevo” in New York. Vicar Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan of the Eastern American Diocese presided over the thanksgiving service.

The School aims at improving the quality of singing in the parish Churches of ROCOR. Moreover, it welcomes students from Orthodox and non-Orthodox jurisdictions who would like to get acquainted with Russian Orthodox music.
