Vatican City – Rome: The Vatican owns more than 5,000 properties states a new report. The Vatican for the first time revealed the details of its real estate holdings on the 26th of July 2021.
Two documents were released on Saturday (1) a consolidated financial statement for 2020 for the Holy See and (2) the first-ever public budget for the Administration of the Patrimony of the Holy See (APSA).
According to the documents, the Vatican holds 4,051 properties in Italy and nearly 1,120 outside the country.
