Sofia-Bulgaria: The official portal of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church on 17/6/21 reports that Patriarch Neophyte was admitted to the hospital for a health check-up. The Primate is currently in stable condition.

The Synod urged media and individuals to refrain from publishing unverified facts on the health of the Patriarch and not to trust dubious private sites that deliberately spread manipulated news.
