Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE Spokesperson Condemns Attack Against Romanian Orthodox Settlement in Jerusalem

United Kingdom: Mr Vipin Varghese, the Spokesperson and Director of Public Relations and Information Services Dept. of the Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE, Pan-Orthodox Christian Society has condemned the attack on the Romanian Orthodox settlement in Jerusalem.

“The attack on the Romanian Orthodox Settlement in Jerusalem is unfortunate and unacceptable in all aspects. The Holy Land is not a place for intolerance or vandalism. It is a place to welcome people with an open heart. It is important to coexist accepting and respecting differences in faith. We stand in solidarity with the Romanian Orthodox Church.”

Romanian parish in Musrara was attacked by radical Israeli Jewish settlers. The image was caught on camera and was widely condemned several authorities including Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem and others.
