Damascus- Syria: Archbishop Luke al-Khoury, the Assistant to the His Beatitude Patriarch John X of Antioch and All East has entered eternal rest at the age of 75. Archbishop Luke passed away in one of the hospitals in Beirut, where he was undergoing treatment for COVID related complications.
The late prelate was laid to rest at the Mariamite Cathedral in Damascus on the 6th of January.
