His Grace Bishop Grigorije of Frankfurt and All Germany was enthroned in the church of Saint Sava in Dusseldorf on 16 September 2018.

His Grace Bishop Lavrentije of Sabac, the first Diocesan Bishop of that Serbian Orthodox Diocese, introduced Bishop Grigorije into the throne of Bishops of Frankfurt and All Germany. The Holy Hierarchal Liturgy was celebrated by fifteen bishops and hundreds of clergymen. Bishop Grigorije said in his enthronement speech that he was aware of the challenge that was facing him, and nevertheless, he pointed out his archpastoral duty to make the hosts closer to the rich Serbian culture and tradition.
Bishop Lavrentije said that Bishop Grigorije was also the proper bishop that Germany needs.
The enthronement of Bishop Grigorije in Dusseldorf was attended by the president of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Milorad Dodik with associates, Director of the Secretariat for Faiths of the Republic Mr. Dragan Davidovic, envoy of the Croatian member of the BiH Presidency Mr. Dragan Covic, representatives of the City of Mostar, Mayor of Trebinje Mr. Luka Petrovic with a delegation, heads of the municipalities of Nevesinje Mr. Milenko Avdalovic and Bileca Mr. Miljan Aleksic.
Among the congregation, there were consuls of BiH, Greece, and Russia, representatives of the Catholic Church and the Islamic Community, German politician Bodo Hombach, as well as a great number of faithful from the Republic of Srpska and Serbia.
After the enthronement, there was a cultural-art program in which a choir of seminarians from Prizren and church choirs from Trebinje, Nevesinje, Gacko, Bileca, and Mostar took part.
