Tribute to the Archbishop Miron arrived as Catholic prelates, representatives of a number of Protestant communities.
In the eulogy Beatitude Metropolitan Sawa stressed the importance of service, which commits her deceased husband, Archbishop Gaynovsky Miron, recalled his work at the office of the Orthodox Ordinary of the Polish Army.
With the words of farewell were also made by the Minister of National Defence Bogdan Klich, Minister of Science and Higher Education Barbara Kudrycka, Deputy Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Mieczyslaw Stahovyak, MEP Michal Kaminski and others.
After the service the procession proceeded around the temple, and then the funeral procession with the coffin of the deceased hierarch, accompanied by police escort, went to Suprasliensis monastery, which the lord deputy Miron was for many years.
Due to a big gathering of the faithful many of them are not able to enter the monastery church, and specifically, they were given TV monitor on which was broadcast Burial service.
