His Beatitude Archbishop Torkom Manoogian, the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, in accordance with Article 46 of the Rules of the Brotherhood of the Apostolic See of St. James, has designated the Canon Sacrist of the Patriarchate, His Eminence Archbishop Nourhan Manougian, as Patriarchal Vicar.
