On May 27 in the historical building of the Holy Synod in St. Petersburg the session of the Holy Synod of the ROC was held, presided over by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia. Taking part in the session on the part of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church were His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr and Metropolitan Ilarion of Donetsk and Mariupol.
Event Two: ST. PETERSBURG. His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr Concelebrated to His Holiness Patriarch Kirill at the Divine Liturgy at the Holy Trinity Cathedral of St. Alexander Nevsky Lavra
On May 28, the Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia presided over the Divine Liturgy at the Holy Trinity Cathedral of St. Alexander Nevsky Lavra.
Concelebrating him on the part of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church were His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr, Metropolitan Ilarion of Donetsk and Mariupol and Bishop Alexander of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi (Secretary for the Primate of the UOC).
