Opening ceremony of Armenian church to be held in Rostov-on Don

The opening ceremony of the Armenian church in Rostov-on-Don will be held on May 29, information centre of newspaper of Armenians in Russia “Yerkramas” reports. The new church will be named after Saint Grigor the Illuminator.
The official delegation led by Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II will participate in the opening ceremony.
An entrepreneur, Chairman of the board of trustees of the Armenian Apostolic Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator Vladimir Ghazaryan sponsored the construction of the church.
