Mayor of Turkish city wants to hire an Armenian employee to take care of the Armenian cemetery.
Dogan Urgup, Mayor of Sivas, hedged Armenian cemetery and intends to hire an Armenian to take care of it, Turkish Cihan news agency reports.
Member of the spiritual council of the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople Trdat Uzunyan held a meeting with Mayor of Sivas and expressed his gratitude for preserving the Armenian cemetery. In his turn Urgup stressed there are two Armenian employees in municipality.
