With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Joseph, the 2015 Archdiocese Mid-Winter Meetings will be held at the Antiochian Village in Ligonier, PA, February 6-8, 2015. The Archdiocese and Diocese officers of the Antiochian Women, Fellowship of St. John Divine, and Teen SOYO will gather for their annual Mid-Winter meetings to conduct the business of our Archdiocese organizations. All meetings, meals and services will be held at the Antiochian Village Conference Center, 140 Church Camp Trail, Bolivar, PA 15923
Registration: All inclusive registration includes 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, and 2 snacks

$189.66 per person Double Occupancy
$171.66 per person Triple Occupancy

Schedule: The Winter Meetings Weekend will begin on Friday evening, and conclude with brunch following the Divine Liturgy on Sunday February 8. A tentative schedule is available.
Ground Transportation from Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT):
Roundtrip ground transportation from the Pittsburgh Airport will be $85 per person.
The shuttles will meet outside of the baggage claim near the Hertz/Avis rental car area at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please be prompt. You will need to look for the bus outside as they are no longer permitted to leave the shuttle parked and come inside to make an announcement about their arrive/departure. Return Trip shuttle (s) will depart the Village at 12 Noon on Sunday. Please note it will take at least 2 hours to get to the Pittsburgh Airport-please leave plenty of time– to check in at the Airport prior to your flight departure. You should not schedule your return flight prior to 3:30PM.
Pick-ups requested outside of the above times will be charged at:
1-4 people: $179
4-10 people: $279
10-25 people: $379
These are all one way fees and if only one person requests a time, they will be charged the full amount.
Ground Transportation from Latrobe (LBE) or Johnstown (JST) Airports:
Transportation fees from Latrobe Airport or Johnstown Airport will be $40 per person, round trip.
Direct flights are offered through Spirit Airlines (Latrobe) from Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Ft. Myers, and Myrtle Beach.
Pick-ups after 10 p.m. will be $150, regardless of airport even if it is due to a flight delay.
