Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin – Armenian Church in India

Holy Etchmiadzin’s Armenian College and Philanthropic Academy (ACPA) the oldest educational institution in the Diaspora, Kolkata, India with its rich historical past has completed another fruitful year.

This year, five students from Armenia and Iran passed the Class X ICSE Board Examination. They shall be continuing their high school education in the best reputed schools of the city.

Four of the students; Varduhi Avetisyan (Armenia), Sevak and Sarineh Vartomiyan and Vartan Makarian (Iran) have been enrolled in La Martiniere for Girls and Boys and Gevorg Simonyan (Armenia) has been admitted in The Assembly of God Church School.
Father Khoren Hovhannisyan, Manager of ACPA and Pastor of Armenians in India wished his wards success for the new academic year and advised them to be like the seeds which fall on fertile soil and yield fruits.
