Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan of Armenian Eastern Diocese Visited Orthodox Hierarchs in America with Seasonal Greetings

New York – U.S.A: Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan of Armenian Eastern Diocese (of America) engaged in a series of cross-diocesan visits to foster goodwill and share festive greetings within the Orthodox Christian community.

On January 3,2024 Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan visited the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Center in New York, extending warm New Year’s wishes to Archbishop Elpidophorus, the esteemed leader of the sister church in the United States. The meeting was marked by the exchange of good wishes and symbolic gifts in celebration of the season of Christ’s birth.

Earlier, on December 27,2023 Bishop Mesrop had a cordial meeting with Metropolitan Saba, the Antiochian Orthodox Metropolitan presiding over the Archdiocese of New York and All North America. Their encounter was centered around the exchange of Christmas greetings, where they enjoyed a friendly luncheon and engaged in heartfelt conversations.

In a visit to Washington, D.C., on December 22,2023,  Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan and Diocesan Legate Archbishop Vicken Aykazian met with the Primate of the Orthodox Church in America, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon. The leaders shared warm Christmas greetings and conveyed their best wishes for the upcoming year to their respective faithful.

These cross-diocesan encounters reflect the spirit of unity and fellowship within the Orthodox Christian community, fostering stronger bonds as they collectively usher in the joyous season of Christmas and the New Year.
