Russian Monastic Delegation Visited Diocese of Dayrut

Asyut – Egypt: Russian monastic delegation visited the Diocese of Dayrout as part of their Coptic visit on 26 October 2022. The delegation was received by His Eminence Bishop Barsoum of Dayrout and others.

The delegation also visited the monastery of St. Sarabamoun, the bishop and martyr in Dayrout, and the monastery of the Virgin and Archangel Michael in Dayrout.

The delegation was headed by His Eminence Bishop Chigansky Leonty of Szyransky which also included Mother Julianya (Kalida), the deputy head of the delegation, and a group of heads of Russian nun’s monasteries.
