New Jersey – United States: On August 10, 2022, Archbishop Mor Dionysius John Kawak of Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church for the Eastern United States visited the Headquarters of the Coptic Orthodox Archdiocese of New Jersey. H.G. Bishop Gabriel Coptic Orthodox General Bishop of New Jersey received Metropolitan Mor Dionysius and his accompanying delegation.
Archbishop Mor Dionysius Kawak congratulated His Grace Bishop Gabriel on his ordination and appointment as the General Bishop of New Jersey. The visit between the two hierarchs was enriched by discussing various issues including the relationship between sister churches.
