Greek Patriarch of Alexandria Pays Historic Visit to St. Catherine Monastery at Mount Sinai
Stella Tsolakidou 28/11/2011 76 years after the then Patriarch of Alexandria and all Africa His Beatitude Meletios Metaxakis had visited the historic Holy Monastery of St. Catherine at Mount Sinai in Cairo, Theodoros II Primate of the Second Throne Church visited the Monastery on the day of his 57th birthday. The evensong doxology was attended by members of the Greek community in Cairo, as well as by many Arabian Orthodoxs.
