Finnish President Received Ecumenical Patriarch

Helsinki – Finland: President of the Republic of Finland, Sauli Niinistö received Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I on 12 September 2023 at Presidential residence.

The meeting took place during the Ecumenical Patriarch’s visit to Finland as part of the centenary celebrations of the autonomy of the Orthodox Church in Finland. Archbishop Leo of Helsinki and all Finland also attended the meeting.
