Parents Nightmare: Having No Money to Send Their Kids to School

Dear Friends,

We receive a large number of pleas from parents asking for the most basic school supplies (notebooks, pencils, backpacks) throughout the year and it only increases in September. Last year we did all we could through our numerous educational initiatives and this year we want to do even more.

Our focus this time around will be on Trebinje and we hope to deliver within weeks. We are the last resort for many parents who simply cannot afford to send their children to school. As a mother, I know how difficult this can be— let’s come together to ensure poverty doesn’t keep our kids out of school.
