OCP Delegate Dr. John G. Panagiotou Appointed Vice-President for Advancement & Development at Cummins Seminary

USA: The Cummins Memorial Theological Seminary Board of Trustees and President Dr. Julius Barnes have appointed Dr. John G. Panagiotou as Vice-President for Advancement & Development. Dr. Panagiotou is a full Professor of Church History and New Testament Greek at the seminary where he has taught and served for several years as Liaison Officer to the Seminary President and as Faculty Council Chair. He is also a professor at Erskine Theological Seminary and serves as the Orthodox Christian Society’s Head of Hellenic Affairs and Eastern Orthodox Theology. Dr. Panagiotou is the author of the best-selling book The Path to Oikonomia with Jesus Christ as Our Lighthouse.

Cummins Seminary was founded in 1876 and is the oldest African-American seminary founded to educate black males in the Anglican tradition for ordained ministry in the Reformed Episcopal Church.

Dr. John G. Panagiotou also serves as the Head of Greek Affairs and Eastern Orthodox Theology at Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE (Pan-Orthodox Christian Society). He is the author of the best-selling book ‘The Path to Oikonomia with Jesus Christ as Our Lighthouse’.
