OBL Forum Publication (Book) Presented to Ethiopian Orthodox Church Sunday School Library
The first publication of Orthodoxy Beyond Limits Forum was presented to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church Mahibere Kidusan Sunday School Library on 28/4/2010. Mahibre Kidusan is responsible for organising Sunday Schools in Ethiopia. The office and library is situated near to the Ethiopian Patriarchal Residence in Addis Abba.
Mr Yonas Garedew (OBL Forum Advisory board Member) presented a copy (Printed copy in binding since original work is our of print) of the book titled “ Orthodox Church of the East in the Twenty First Century: Challenges and Opportunities” to Mr Dawit (Head of the Library). Authored by George Alexander, the book was released in the year 2008, with a limited 250 copies. The book contains Church Management aspects with related to the Indian Orthodox Church, but can be used by any Orthodox Church adapting it to their conditions. It was hailed as first ever book written exclusively on Church Management in history of the Indian(Malankara) Orthodox Church.
Mr George Alexander (Spokesperson- OBL Forum) on behalf of OBL Forum Supreme Chancellery thanked Mr Yonas Garedew for the courtesy extended.
