Willoughby council to erect monument to late Armenian archbishop Aghan Baliozian

Rohan Smith 12/10/2012 WILLOUGHBY Council will enter into discussions with the Armenian Church Council to establish a memorial to the late Archbishop of the Armenian Church, Aghan Baliozian, who died last month.
