Bishop Abraham Represented Coptic Orthodox at the General Committee of the World Council of Churches

Geneva-Switzerland: Bishop Abraham, General Bishop of Los Angeles, participated in the work of the Central Committee of the World Council of Churches (WCC), representing the Coptic Orthodox Church.
The WCC governing body acknowledges the grave crises facing the world and brought a spirit of the joyful gathering. The agenda included a review and action on the draft unity statement for the assembly, as well as on amendments
proposed by the working group on the constitution and rules, and by-laws for two commissions.
